Monthly Newsletter

Welcome to the very first Feast Thailand (FT) Newsletter.

Every month, Feast Thailand will send you our newsletter covering all things Thai, with a big focus on what we love…..Thai food.

We hope that you will find it informative, but also, that it introduces you to new things that are happening in Thailand, with a focus on Hua Hin, naturally.

first tourI am excited to say that we officially started tours in the last week of September. It was a thrill to have Karly and Megan as our first tour guests and we were doubly thrilled at receiving their glowing feedback about our tour.  For us at FT, we want the experience of tasting and exploring Thai food to be a memorable one. We want our tour guests to try new foods, rather than what is traditionally served around the world, or indeed in Thailand.  This is where the concept of Feast Thailand came from.

Over the past 25 years, my husband and I have been travelling to Thailand often, and we love both the food and the culture of Thailand.  However, after all this time, we are still discovering dishes that we have never tried before. Sometimes it is our Thai friends, or more recently the FT team that have introduced us to something new, a dish that is so delicious that we are left contemplating why we have not tasted this on our earlier trips….“why hasn’t someone shown us this before?” being the usual refrain.

So at FT, our tours are about having a broader approach to Thai food.  It’s not about showing the weird and wacky, but more the utterly delicious flavour sensation that is Thai Food. It’s about finding your new favourite Thai dish…..or adding one to your list of favourites!

We hope you enjoy reading our newsletter!
